[Wtpcommittee] Examiners Manual - access for WTP who is not employed by WLTA member

Good afternoon, WTP Committee.  Kevin Howes, a WTP who is currently employed
by a realtor, has requested the password to the Examiners Manual.  The
manual is available to employees of WLTA members.

Access to the manual is a benefit that imposes no incremental cost on the
WLTA. If we permit access to the Examiners Manual to WTPs who are currently
working outside the industry, I don't expect that we would ever have more
than a handful of folks taking advantage of it. If someone has gone to the
trouble and expense of keeping their WTP active, I feel like giving them
access to the manual is the least we can do for them.

 

I recommend that the committee approve providing access to the Examiners
Manual to any current WTP regardless of employment status.  Please let me
know how you feel about providing access, or if you feel this is a matter
that should be decided on by the board.
