If we permit access to the Examiners Manual to WTPs who are currently working outside the industry, I don’t expect that we would ever have more than a handful of folks taking advantage of it. If someone has gone to the trouble and expense of keeping their WTP active, I feel like giving them access to the manual is the least we can do for them.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I recommend that the committee approve providing access to the Examiners Manual to any current WTP regardless of employment status.
