Good afternoon all, 

With the Legislature now adjourned for the 2026 session, I wanted to share a
report of the key developments from the closing days of session. The final
week was marked by extended floor debate on the Millionaire's Tax proposal,
release of the negotiated conference budgets, and final action on a number
of policy bills before the Legislature adjourned Sine Die on Thursday
evening. 

Attached you will find my final legislative report, which provides an
overview of the major budget agreements, key policy debates, and political
dynamics that took shape this session, along with a comprehensive list of
all legislation that passed the Legislature this year.

I have also attached your final bill tracker, which reflects the status of
the measures we monitored throughout the session.
