Good Morning George,

 

We spoke about your organization helping on an amicus brief concerning property deeds, whereas the Court of Appeals in the King Couty basically ruled, the plain language of the deeds is not protected, which will essentially affect every landowner, and could extend to any contractual agreement.

 

I wanted to send you an email with all of the documents and information together makes it better to forward.  I know, I hate chasing e-mails

 

Also, I can provide the Clerk Papers and Report of proceedings if the committee wants them.  I may need to come by the office and drop them off too large of files to send.
