Further to Allison’s email of this morning, Bryan called me again yesterday, and followed up with this email and this document.

 

I haven’t yet read the attachment, but assume it includes similar arguments as before.

 

He reiterated that he wants to be included in all correspondence/calls with the attorney retained for the appeals process. Of course, the Judiciary Committee discussions don’t fall into that citatory.

Good Afternoon,

 

I spoke about the attached case.  If you read the opinion first it will drop your jaw because it is confusing and contradicting. 

 

Any questions about the case please call me.

 

My attorney information is not correct on the briefs, I am waiting his response to allow me to give you his most updated information, and what I can give you.  I respect everyone's privacy whether I am paying for their service or not. I am sure he will let me give you his information, it was his idea to ask organizations to support this case due to the bad opinion.  

 

All property owners need to know when we get an unconditional deed it will not be quiet titled away, due to change of heart by the grantor later, or that a court can add conditions to the deed from outside the four corners, when there is no ambiguity in the deed and physically delivered to the grantee.

 

We need outside help on public interest issues to get a shot at Washington Supreme Court review.
