All - As I understand it, Ashley is certain that she will not be available to present the Judiciary Committee report to the Board.   Could one member of the judiciary step in and provide the report in her absence?

Our next meeting is Monday, Feb. 12.  Attached is a draft of the Judicial Committee Report and a copy of a case (King County v. Abernathy) that needs summarizing.



I am currently serving on a jury for a 3-week criminal trial (I know, I can't believe I didn't get booted).  I don't know if I'll be able to attend the Feb. 12 meeting.  Can one or two of you finish the case summary and give the Judicial Report at the meeting?  I would appreciate it!  Ashley.
