Hi George,

Yes, I will have a Judiciary Report for next Monday’s meeting.  A draft is attached.  I am looking for a volunteer to summarize what looks to be an escrow defalcation case that came out today (attached).

I talked to JP about the relationship between the BIAW case and Pioneer Title’s appeal.  I am happy to summarize the case but am not well informed about Pioneer Title’s appeal.  I think a summary from JP would be more enlightening for the Board and would perhaps elicit a discussion.   What do you think, JP?

I’ll try to put together something for the annual newsletter by month’s end.   Does that timeframe work?
