John, as we discussed, we should have a registration link by the end of the
day today, but at least by tomorrow morning. It'll be in a PDF flyer and
will include a link for it and for the room reservations for the resort
(plus a telephone number for the resort, if that is preferred by the
registrant over reserving a room online). But, I will include the actual
links in my email to you, if you prefer to send your email to ILTA members,
rather than the flyer.

Our Convention Committee settled on $195 for golf. Jim Blair (509-393-1295;
jblair4 at figtitle.com <mailto:jblair4 at figtitle.com> ) is handling all golf
matters with Suncadia if you have any questions.

I'll get the flyer to you (and OLTA's Carolyn Payne) shortly, hopefully by
the end of the day. Need to finalize the registration link using either
Eventbrite or Constant Contact.

I assume you have Carolyn's contact info, but if not here is what I have:

As I recall, she is physically located in Colorado.

We are working on sponsorships now, and that looks very good. We will be
contacting potential vendors as well. We should be able to get 15 (which is
my target number) but I suspect that we'll have a few more than that based
on inquiries we've had. Fingers crossed.

As a heads-up, one new thing you and I discussed is the fact that we will
likely have to collect sales tax for attendee registrations (the rate is
8.3%). The Department of Revenue indicates that it will be required. That
will show up when the attendees register.

$220 for golf could be a deterrent.  We had golf at $175 last year.

John, I'll send the room reservation link shortly. I am working on the
registration links and hope to have a flyer soon. We are transitioning to a
new ISP and web page, and trying to figure out whether to use the old and
reliable Constant Contact, or the process with the new one.

By the way, you are a golfer, and perhaps have an opinion on one issue. The
cost per golfer is $220, not including tips, refreshments, etc. We have
debated whether to charge that as the golf registration or perhaps keep it
lower (I seem to recall you had it at $200 last year.) Do you think $220
will impact golfers decisions?
