[Conventioncommittee1] Next 2024 Convention Committee Meeting

We need to schedule the next Zoom meeting for the Convention Committee, to
work out a few more details before I can sent out the registration links and
basic information. 

 

We also need to address the distinct possibility of reduced Underwriter
sponsorships. This is the most significant source of income necessary to
cover the costs of the convention and we need to consider the best way make
sure of the willingness of the Underwriters to provide that special support.


 

The meeting needs to be done sooner than later (i.e., not just before the
Board meeting which is on February 12). The soonest that Jim can make this
is Thursday, January 25. I am free all day. I can also make Friday morning
before noon.

 

Please let me know your availability for each day so that I can send the
Zoom invite. 

 

ALSO - we'd like to make sure everyone is on this call.

 

Please be sure to set aside the time for the meeting. It will likely only
take 30 minutes.
