[Conventioncommittee1] Status

So far we have 9 vendors (12 individuals) registered (or with a hotel
registration) and interest from several others.

 

We have 17 member registrations, with 6 guests of members or vendors, and
only 1 for golf.

 

We have an additional 7 hotel reservations for people who have not yet
registered. The hotel shows 50 rooms for Monday and Tuesday nights, which is
great - but we only have 75 blocked for Monday and 70 blocked for Tuesday,
so we may run out of rooms for late registrants.
