I've tweaked the agenda a bit more.

 

Changing the ILTA meeting to  between 2 and 3 rather than between 3 and 4.
That will allow them to join WLTA before we are done, if there is cross-over
attendance (probably will be based on their registrations and how many of
them join our regular Board meetings). We can tweak it even more - from 1 to
2, so they can join WLTA for the last 2/3 of the meeting. Or start ILTA at
3, so they can be with WLTA for more of the Board meeting and less of the
annual meeting.

 

Your thoughts?

 

Jim, do you have a panel selected?

 

Not 100% sure how to have a thank you/farewell by Jim and ILTA invite for
next year at the end of the dinner on Tuesday.
