[Conventioncommittee1] Update on Registrations

FYI, here are the registrations to date, including names of those who have
rooms but haven't yet registered. 

 

My hotel list isn't up to date, but since we have used our room block I'm
not sure how many more names will be on it that haven't yet registered.
Attached is a list of nearby places that I am sending to those who will
attend but can't get a room. 

 

It shows that we should have a quorum (14 Board members are registered).
I'll reach out to remaining Board members to see if they plan to attend.
