[Board1] Attendance at WLTA Board Meeting Feb. 19

I just learned that we barely have a quorum for the Feb. 19th meeting.  Please try to attend as there are only four of these per year.  If you cannot attend, please provide a proxy to someone who can and let Sean Holland, George Peters, and me know.  Thank you!
