[Board1] Clarifying Rules on Educational Programs & Electronic FIRFTA Payments

Hello Board Members,

For your information, Bill Ronhaar graciously did a redline of OIC's proposed new rule clarifying title insurance programs.  Please see the first two attached emails.

Also, we did not discuss at last week's meeting the fact that FIRFTA payments are going electronic.  Linda Borsell with CW Title emailed me about it - third attachment - and I said that I would forward her email to the WLTA Board in case anyone wanted to respond.

If you have concerns or would like to discuss further, let George, Sean, or myself know.
