Washington State Foreclosure Prevention Fee – Remittance Information

E2SSB 5686 amends the Deeds of Trust Act, chapter 61.24 RCW, to expand and fund the foreclosure mediation program that is overseen by the Department of Commerce. Section 8 of E2SSB 5686 requires the assessment and collection of a new Foreclosure Prevention Fee.
