I have submitted all six hours of sessions to the Bar Association requesting MCLE credit. Attached is the information submitted, patterned after how we submit for MCLE credits for our seminars.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=xxmsonormal style='background:white'><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'> </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=xxmsonormal style='background:white'><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>Note that I have asked for ethic credit for Session 4. Hopefully the Bar will accept that categorization. The others are requested as “Law and Legal”. I am not sure whether we will get approval for all of them, Sessions 2 and 3 in particular. I suspect that Session 1 (the ALTA session) is 50/50, considering the subject matter includes FinCen, fraud, etc. We’ll see. In any event, I would assume that we’ll get at least 3 and hopefully more.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=xxmsonormal style='background:white'><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'> </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=xxmsonormal style='background:white'><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>I’ve sent attendees (other than vendors, guests, etc.) an attendance confirmation sheet. Even if the attendees mark all six, if the Bar does not allow all sessions it will only count those sessions that are approved.</span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=xxmsonormal style='background:white'><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'> </span><o:p></o:p></p><p class=xxmsonormal style='background:white'><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif'>That brings me to the WTP credits. I think the Committee should decide the applicability of each of these sessions for WTP Credit.
