[Wtpcommittee] WTP renewal report for Thursday's board meeting

Follow up on (a) WTPs needing to renew in 2026 and (b) the ALTA 65+ NTP program.

There are a half dozen folks who will need to renew in 2026. Five have logged the necessary 6 hours or more to meet the education requirement.  I'm not seeing any attendance for one person since his WTP certification, but he has been a regular speaker and probably has well more than 6 hours when preparation and presentation time are credited.

The ALTA 65+ NTP program is limited to current NTPs who are over 65 years old and no longer working in the industry.  Features of that program:

They retain their full NTP status

No continuing education requirement
  *
TAN membership required
  *
Reduced renewal cost, $80 every three years, instead of the usual $155
  *
Requirement to maintain ALTA membership. An individual membership costs $150. Not sure if that's paid annually, or along with the NTP renewal. Even if just every three years, that would be a cost of $230 to renew.
