FYI, here is another handout for today's meeting, together with the one I
sent the other day.

 

If someone applies for WTP I first check the master spreadsheet (attached)
and if the WLTA hours aren't logged for the classes on the application, I
refer to the check-in sheet we use, sample attached. It shows who attended,
including substitutions and walk-ins. (I can also look at the registration
confirmation emails that we get.)
