Good afternoon Paul and the Membership Committee. Attached is the application for The Mitas Group. They recently acquired Lincoln Data (owned by Cliff and Marie Hackney).

 

Lincoln Data (www.lincolndata.com <http://www.lincolndata.com/> ) is a contract collection company (mostly for seller financed transactions, contract, deed/mortgage, etc.). Cliff and Marie have been to the PNW conventions for years, usually with a booth.

 

Steve Mitas and McClain Warren attended at Skamania with a booth, and Cliff and Marie attended as well – their last before retirement.

 

I’ll add this application to the agenda for the next Board meeting.
