[Membership1] New Affiliate Member Application - The Mitas Group (Lincoln Data)

Good afternoon Paul and the Membership Committee. Attached is the
application for The Mitas Group. They recently acquired Lincoln Data (owned
by Cliff and Marie Hackney).

 

Lincoln Data (www.lincolndata.com <http://www.lincolndata.com> ) is a
contract collection company (mostly for seller financed transactions,
contract, deed/mortgage, etc.). Cliff and Marie have been to the PNW
conventions for years, usually with a booth.

 

Steve Mitas and McClain Warren attended at Skamania with a booth, and Cliff
and Marie attended as well - their last before retirement.

 

I'll add this application to the agenda for the next Board meeting.
