<p class="MsoNormal"><b>SB 5332</b> – This is bill is related to allowing a mobile dwelling (vehicular type unit motorhome, travel trailer etc.) on each residential lot zoned for residential use if the lot is located within a UGA and has an existing housing
unit. This would not apply to property where housing cannot be developed due to inadequate water, sewer or transportation and not located in designated critical areas, natural resource lands or shoreline. This would also limit CIC’s from creating CCR, bylaw,
or rule that would prohibit at least 1 mobile dwelling unit on each zoned lot for residential use. I do not see concern for the industry with this bill. I can see where it would be beneficial to help with the housing shortage for property owners where this
would be allowed. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><b>HB 1443</b>- This is the companion bill to SB 5332. This bill is related to a fully planning city or county must allow at least one home on wheels on each lot zoned for residential use if the following conditions are met: 1. The lot
has at least one existing housing unit 2. The lot is located within an urban growth area 3. The lot is not a property on which the city or county has determined that housing development cannot be adequately served by water, sewer or transportation systems.
It also restricts CIC from new restrictions that would prohibit at least one home on wheels on each residential lot. As stated in my comments above, I do not see concern for the industry with this bill.

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>SB 5398</b>-This bill is related to property tax exemptions for veterans with disabilities. Bill provides for a tiered exemption related to the percentage of disability and their income. I do not see an industry concern for this and
would find it beneficial for tax relief for our disabled veterans. <o:p></o:p></p>
