to be clarifying to include renewable energy facilities and storage. Agreements are clarified to include joint venture agreements and limited liability companies. They are not limited to these forms, however. It removes the ability to enter into these agreements
for coal-fired thermal electric generating plants and facilities. The amendments to 54.44.020 are similar. I do not think that this relates to title and it does not need to be monitored.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
