Positon - Neutral.  No need to Monitor
Summary - bill would require Agricultural Impact Statements when land decisions or regulatory actions are contemplated.   Mitigation of negative impacts would also be mandated by the law.  This bill will not affect title insurers or agents in their course of doing business.
