Regarding the revival of HB 1464<https://app.leg.wa.gov/billsummary?billnumber=1464&year=2025&initiative=False> related to legislation of home equity sharing arrangements, I wanted to remind the committee that last session First American’s PropTech Underwriter, Neeralee Patel, was involved in helping our committee put together some proposed changes to the legislation.  She has experience with this in other states, and we would like to keep her involved in any discussions related to this bill in Washington.
