[Legislativecommittee1] Happy New Year! Bills that need review

Hi all and Happy New Year!

Our fearless leader, JP, has been hard at work the last couple of weeks reviewing all the pre-filed bills.  The majority have been deemed Neutral and Low priority but there are three that he would like another set of eyes on for review:

SB 5929: Exempting assignments or substitutions of previously recorded deeds of trust from the document recording fee and the covenant homeownership program assessment.

HB 2193 and companion SB 2109: Bill Description - Concerning the mortgage lending fraud prosecution account.

I've attached the ai reviews of the three bills we are looking for human reviews on.  Please respond to the group if you are able to review and let us know which bill you're taking.
