All - For SB 5006, the updates to the corporation acts are minor and do not require WLTA to take a position.  We can be neutral.   Our members will want to if the bill passes, or if changes are proposed, but it will be a low priority with only monitoring needed.

JP has been busy reading through all the pre-filed bills and has identified 7 that we need to review.  Please take a look at the list and let me know which one you'd like to review for the group.  JP indicated that SB 5006, Making updates to Washington's corporation acts, is one he thinks should be reviewed by one of our attorney members - it may not be anything we need to worry about, but just in case there's something there he added it to the list.

Let me know if you can take one of these bills and I'll mark the list.
