Good afternoon, Ashley and Judiciary Committee members.
Will you have a Judiciary Report for next Monday’s meeting? This case (mentioned below, and referred by JP) could be discussed. You might what to talk to JP about it in context of the Pioneer Title appeal in their situation.
In any event, can you also put together a report for the Newsletter? It could include this case of course.
No need to worry about formatting; just the case ID info, a brief heading if you want, and the summary of the case, PLUS the name of the committee member who is making the report.
