It is unclear at this time whether that is the case, and there is a Senate bill that would clarify that we are exempt.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:windowtext;mso-ligatures:none'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;color:windowtext;mso-ligatures:none'>That is the main reason we’ve not made a registration link available yet, to our members and Idaho and Oregon attendees. Questions remain: if we have to pay, do we absorb the cost, or have the registration fee add that to what the attendees pay? If we collect it out of caution (whether the attendee pays with the registration fee, or we absorb the fee and add it to the cost of the convention) and it turns out we are exempt, how to we refund that money?
