Attached is a spreadsheet showing current registration, sorted by various
criteria.

 

We have 10 vendors at the moment, and are working on more. Note that one,
Canaan, will not be in attendance this year, but they registered. Mitch
always supports the conventions and they will be recognized as a vendor. Our
target is a minimum of 15 actually there.

 

Jim, John Holt should be in contact about golf; maybe you could call him if
you haven't heard from him in a few days. We are at 10 golfers, and the goal
is at least 20.

 

Not all lists include everyone as you can see. 

 

Washington clearly has more "regular" attendees, but we could use more Board
members. I will send an email to the Board urging more registrations, and
asking all who won't be able to attend to send a proxy form.

 

By the way "Spouse/Guest" does NOT include additional/multiple attendees
from a particular company. It is intended to include those who are not
employed in the industry; "guest" follows that not all "significant others"
are married. We do have a couple of guest who are actually employees of
another who registered both. But, as an example, there are 8 registered from
First American and clearly 7 are not "guests" of only one of them.

 

Registration is all inclusive and not piecemeal based on only intending to
attend some meetings, or only one dinner or not one of the receptions, etc.

 

As we get closer we will send an email to the vendors letting them know
where to ship their gear if they aren't brining it with them.

 

I will send this spreadsheet to John Holt in Idaho and hopefully more will
register from that State.

 

I will be talking to the printer soon about the program layout, etc.

 

Sean and I will visit Suncadia on April 16 to confirm the meeting rooms,
location/arrangement/layout of the rooms, AV needs in each rooms, etc.

 

This committee should have a Zoom meeting soon, preferably before Sean and I
go to Suncadia. We can include discussion of the speakers and agenda among
other things. (Rember that we need speaker bios and photos as well as a
topic summary. I suggest Wednesday, April 8 or Thursday April 9. Let me know
what you think.

 

It has been suggested that we accept video ads that can run during the free
times (breaks, for example), included in a slide show of thank-you messages
listing the vendors and sponsors. We'll work on that. You might remember
that Idaho did this last year.
