Subject: Convention Committee Meeting?
Importance: High
Can the Convention Committee meet this week? Thursday at 10, or later in the
day, would be good for me. But, anytime Wednesday or would also work.
We'll update where we are, in particular the speakers, and how the agenda is
shaping up. I'll discuss the sponsorship and vendor status.
BTW, we'll need the following from each speaker, for the printed program:
* Bio
* Photo
* Company logo
Once we have names and contact info I'll prepare a spreadsheet where we can
tally that info.
