[Conventioncommittee1] Meeting re: May PNW Convention
 
Good morning committee members. Planning needs to get under way for the convention. 
Please reply with your availability next week from the following options:
 
Monday, Feb 2: 9-10am
 
Monday, Feb 2: 2:30 to 4pm
 
Friday, Feb 6: 3-4pm
 
Agenda items would include:
 
Pricing: (last year at Coeur d’Alene: $425 regular, $1,000 vendor, $175 guest/spouse/2
nd
 vendor, $200 golf)
Volunteers to work on agenda/speakers (First American has already offered a couple of speakers; ALTA will send a rep to speak, usually the President)
Possible keynote speaker or…? for after main dinner
Volunteers to work on meals
Golf – WLTA contact to work with the course (NOTE: cost this year is $225. There are 3 courses available)
 
Once a consensus  about a meeting time is reached. I'll send a Zoom invite.
