I am on the agenda for “Cyber Security.”  If it is ok with the group I would like to do “Emerging Technologies” to include Offensive Cyber Security Tools (rather than the defense we play),  AI and large language learning models coming to a title company near you and understanding the differences and definitions that seem to be confusing folks and/or scaring them.
