Hi George,

Here are some questions for the survey:


  1.  Would you rather attend the convention at a destination resort (takes longer to get to), in a city (takes less time to get to), or it doesn't matter?  Please comment.
  2.  Would you rather attend the convention in the spring (May), in the summer (August), or it doesn't matter?  Please comment.
  3.  Is having an option to golf at the convention important to you?
  4.  What is the most important reason you attend the convention?

Should we say that all results will go to George who will keep them confidential?  So people speak freely?
