[Conventioncommittee1] PNW Convention Survey

Good afternoon all. Attached is the survey regarding the convention. It is
amended as highlighted in yellow. John Holt suggested that we add the
possibility of another destination state. I've also added another category
of attendee, for lobbyist or affiliate member. (We've decided not to include
vendors.) Let me know if the language works OK.

 

I am setting up the Washington contact list for the survey, where the link
to the survey will be in an email. Our list will include names from both
Idaho and Oregon, but both John and Carolyn should send to whatever
distribution list they have for their respective states. 

 

Once I get comments I'll be ready to send it out, and send the link to John
and Carolyn.
