[Conventioncommittee1] Agenda for 1-25-2024 Meeting

I have heard from each of you that you are planning to attend the Zoom
meeting this coming Thursday.. It's at 2, to allow attendance at the WATIRO
meeting in the morning and attention to whatever you need do after that.

 

I am attaching an agenda - please read it through before the meeting, and
that way we can get through the agenda quickly. 

 

I've also attached a list of possible vendors. These are contacts that I
need to make to see how many we can line up. I will be checking with John
Holt to make sure they are up to date.

 

I am only attaching here so that at our Zoom meeting you can offer any
insights or suggestions regarding your knowledge of them and perhaps offer
to contact them if you know them well enough by virtue of doing business
with them. It's a long list, but we don't usually get that many at a
convention (we had 16 at Semiahmoo and Idaho had 14 in Coeur d'Alene).
Hopefully we get at least that many this year, focusing on those who
attended last year as well as 2022..
