The Fidelity family doesn't appear to have an economist on staff. I'll
contact James Young again and see if he's available under the same

That (Runstad at UW) is where we got James Young to speak at Semiahmoo when
we hosted in 2022, and he also spoke when we hosted before that. He's pretty
good AND happy to do it. AND we only footed the cost of his room. All around
a good deal.

If he's still there and free I'm sure he'll do it.

Greetings Gentlemen - Last I saw, the committee was still looking for an
economist.  Is that still true?  I see the mission of the Univ of Wash
Runstad Dept of Real Estate includes engaging with community and producing
research relevant to industry audiences.  Maybe they have a faculty member
who could present on their view of the real estate market in WA?

Another idea is to find someone to discuss the tactics and possible
responses to folks who subscribe the sovereign citizen movement, like a DOJ
attorney or a Southern Poverty Law Center person.
