[Conventioncommittee1] Convention Agenda

I've updated the agenda again about the state meetings on Monday. Talked to
John Holt, and it now seems to make more sense to have the ILTA meeting from
3-4.

 

I had changed it to 2-3, on the theory that they could arrive at 2 (not as
early as WLTA's noon start) and then those who are also involved with the
WLTA could go to the WLTA meeting for our last hour, when we'd be in our
annual meeting.

 

But, this way they can come to our Board meeting when it starts, when most
of our usual business is conducted. They'd just need to know to arrive early
enough to attend our meeting before heading to the ILTA meeting.

 

I've also shown the raffles here. Won't be on the printed agenda. (Raffles
after lunch or a break will encourage being seated on time.) We'll likely
have Craig will do each speaker & stick the drawing in at that time.

FYI, attached is the draft agenda. I've added a logo for the event and the
state LTA logos.

 

I'll send this to those who want a draft agenda. (Some vendors have asked
for one too.)

 

If there is any thing more to fill in, let me know (mostly highlighted in
blue). Craig, you listed your panel members, but I didn't write that down.
Can you send me the names and I'll fill it in.

 

Where there are sponsors for events (like the breaks, dinners, etc.) I'll
add that info to the agenda when this is put into the printed program, and
also include company logos as well.
