for annual extensions as of January 1 of each year.</span></p>

<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif; color:windowtext">Sean’s contract does state that his current contract compensation runs through the end of 2026, but it also calls for a confirming January 1, 2026, extension.</span></p>

<p class="x_MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif; color:windowtext">No changes to either contract are contemplated. Draft extensions for both Carrie and Sean are attached.</span></p>
