[Board3voting] 5-18-2026 WLTA Board Meeting - QUORUM Needed

Just a reminder that the upcoming PNW will also include one of the quarterly
Board meetings, which means that we need a quorum of Board members in
attendance, either in person or by proxy. The meeting will take place Monday
afternoon, May 18, starting approximately 1 p.m. (It will be followed by the
Annual membership meeting, at which the next year's officers will be
elected.

it, please be sure to fill out a proxy. Remember - the proxy rules have
changed for Board members. A proxy need not be an actual Board member, but
can be an employee (in attendance) of the company that employs the Board
member who is granting the proxy. This provides more flexibility to Board
members.
