The meeting will take place Monday afternoon, May 18, starting approximately 1 p.m. (It will be followed by the Annual membership meeting, at which the next year's officers will be elected. Remember - the proxy rules have changed for Board members. A proxy need not be an actual Board member, but can be an employee (in attendance) of the company that employs the Board member who is granting the proxy.
