TO: WLTA Voting Board Members:
 
As you recall, the WLTA’s lobbyist and Executive Director are contract employees. There are existing contracts for both Carrie Tellefson and Sean Holland, which provide
 for annual extensions as of January 1 of each year.
 
Sean’s contract does state that his current contract compensation runs through the end of 2026, but it also calls for a confirming January 1, 2026, extension.
 
No changes to either contract are contemplated. Draft extensions for both Carrie and Sean are attached.
 
PLEASE VOTE ON APPROVING EACH EXTENSION BY RETURN EMAIL. WE WILL TALLY THE VOTES ON A FORMAL BALLOT (SAMPLES ATTACHED).
 
Note that George’s contract was amended when Sean’s was approved and runs through May 31, 2026, and need not be extended as of January 1, 2026.
