[Board3voting] 9-20-2024 WLTA Board Meeting - Re: Meeting with DOR

At the 9-20-2024 Zoom meeting of the Board to discuss a meeting with the DOR
on the issue of taxation of recording fees:

 

1.       A quorum of Board members being present, there was no need to do a
follow-up vote of Board members via email.

 

2.       By unanimous vote of the Board members present, the following was
approved:

 

The WLTA board approves the Legislative Committee to discuss the topic of
sales tax being charged on recording fees and related topics with the
Department of Revenue.

 

3.     Likely attendees representing the WLTA will be Jim Blair, Michelle
Taylor, JP Kissling, Maureen Pfaff and Carrie Tellefson.
