[Board3voting] DOR Taxation of Recording Fees - MEETING Board Approval Needed

Based on the responses so far, it looks like this Friday (September 20, at 2
p.m.) will work for most Board members. I will send a Zoom invite shortly.
The meeting will likely only require 15 minutes or so of your time.

 

NOTE: The meeting will be to discuss the issue and agree to conduct a vote
by Board members on a course of action. As such, please attend if you can.
BUT the vote will be by email after the meeting and all Board members will
be able to vote on the question of when and how to meet with the OIC as
agreed upon during the Zoom Board meeting. A vote of 13 of the 23 members
will be needed to decide on the course of action.

 

Therefore: (1) Please respond to the Zoom invite - yes or no as to
attending, (2) join the meeting if you are at all able, and (3) be prepared
to vote by email that I will send out after the meeting, even if you were
not able to join the meeting.
