[Board3voting] PNW Convention

Just a reminder to register for the convention and reserve a room. Rooms are
limited and we may run short.

 

At this point we have 8 Board members registered (or with a room reservation
but not yet registered). We will need a quorum of 13. If you do not plan to
attend, please provide a proxy to another Board member so that we'll be sure
to meet the quorum requirements for the Board meeting on Monday the 20th. A
blank form is attached. Please fill it out and sign in, and email a scanned
copy to me and to Craig.
