With the Legislature now adjourned for the 2026 session, I wanted to share a report of the key developments from the closing days of session. The final week was marked by extended floor debate on the Millionaire’s Tax proposal, release of the negotiated conference
budgets, and final action on a number of policy bills before the Legislature adjourned
<i>Sine Die</i> on Thursday evening. </div>
