and Funding the Foreclosure Mediation Program</span></a> (E2SSB 5686) becomes effective July 27, 2025. E2SSB 5686 amends the Deeds of Trust Act, chapter 61.24 RCW, to expand and fund the foreclosure mediation program that is overseen by the Department of Commerce.
