The First two sessions of substance on the agenda are Richard Welshons, ALTA President-Elect, and Mason Virant, Univ of WA economist, followed by Jim Blair’s session. The Senator would not stay the entire day or attend the Tuesday evening social event.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
