[Board1] Monday May 18 State Meetings at Convention

Here is information about the times for of the State meetings for Washington
and Idaho on Monday, May 18. 

 

The meetings should end about 4 or 4:30, to allow free time for attendees to
register, see vendors, go to their rooms to freshen up for the evening
reception (which will start at 5), etc.

 

For Washington:

 

Agents & underwriters meet separately first, starting about noon. Neither
should last more than 30 minutes. The two rooms should be near each other,
and one group will join the other(likely the agents will join the
underwriters) for the start of the Board/Annual meeting, about 12:30, and
run until 4:00, or until finished (no later that 4:30). 

 

The Board/Annual meetings are open to all attendees (as are all Board
meetings during the year).  

 

There will be refreshments (water, sodas, cookies) but no lunch.

 

For Idaho:

 

John Holt will communicate with Idaho attendees as to their time and room.
It should be near the WLTA room (probably the same room vacated by the
Washington agents), and likely will run from 3 to 4. That will give Idaho
attendees an opportunity to at least start with the WLTA agent, underwriter
and Board/Annual meetings should they wish to do so, before leaving to
attend the Idaho meeting.

 

We'll send informational emails to Washington attendees as we approach the
date, but feel free to contact Sean or me if you have any questions.
