Good evening - ALTA is conducting a FinCEN Compliance Survey to document the burdens the rule would impose on the title industry. Please see the below e-mail from Caroline Cone for the link to the survey, which will be open until November 21.  Time to complete is estimated to be 10 minutes.

If you are not personally involved with FinCEN compliance, please forward the survey link a person at your company who can answer it.  ALTA has been making the case that the rules are tremendously burdensome and expensive, while providing information of limited use.  Please help them strengthen that case by providing information on how the rules will affect your organization.

State Land Title Association Leaders –

Next week, ALTA is launching the 2025 FinCEN Compliance Survey to help us continue to raise awareness with policymakers about the time, money, and personnel required to comply with new and existing FinCEN requirements. We’d be incredibly grateful if you could help us promote the survey by sharing it with your membership! Please feel free to share with your membership before next week though as the survey is already live.

The survey is open to anyone in the title industry and respondents do not need to be an ALTA member to participate.
