[Board1] WLTA Bylaws Revised

The WLTA revised the bylaws at the annual membership meeting on May 19,
2025. They are attached for your reference.

 

The main change involved proxies. It now allows a Board member to designate
another employee of that member's company as proxy. Before, only another
Board member could be so designated. That limitation might not always be
practical or acceptable to an individual board member whose company (whether
agent or underwriter) did not have another representative on the Board.
